Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn by Wyndham Kingston. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that staff are motivated and trained to meet the needs of our guests.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, respond to guest complaints, and ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Coordinate and review work, maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain the hotel's operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, hotel, motel, resort
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, large workload, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player
