Executive Housekeeping Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at Super 8 Truro by Wyndham. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selecting and purchasing equipment and supplies to maintain efficient housekeeping operations.
- Planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervising staff to provide guidance, support, and training to maintain high standards.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, departmental policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and overseeing payroll processes.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair services to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Managing inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to optimize resources.
- Scheduling and assigning duties of housekeeping staff to meet guest demands.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work on site, with no option for remote work.
Salary: Estimated $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
