Key responsibilities include:

  3. Designing and implementing robust security processes and policies to safeguard our assets.
  4. Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  5. Providing leadership and direction to the security team, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Required skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role within the security domain, with a track record of successfully implementing security initiatives.
  2. In-depth knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and crisis management best practices.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate complex risks.

Desired skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration) required; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Chief Information Security Officer).
