Job Summary:

The Store Manager is a key leadership role at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween, responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective store operations, human resources management, and merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Guest Services to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee store operations, including controlling expenses, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
