Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - ERP Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP upgrade projects, primarily focusing on NAV 2009 and D365 BC integration.




  • ERP Project Management: Collaborate with our IT team and external partners to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems across multiple locations, including LS Retail environments.
  • System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Testing & Implementation: Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on planning, design, and testing.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in report writing, HTML, and basic coding within NAV and D365 BC environments.
  • Development Skills: Strong development skills, with the ability to write efficient and scalable code.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
