About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Saguenay, QC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing physical inventory and processing transactions via interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
  • Process transactions via interfaces, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficient in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP Inventory Management or other inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
