Sales and Business Development Coordinator

Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact between sales/business development, project management, operations, and customers. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of project estimates by collecting relevant data, supporting the business development team in managing client accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between sales/business development, project management, operations, and customers.
- Contribute to the creation of project estimates by gathering necessary data.
- Support the business development team in managing client relationships and maintaining excellent communication.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with the business development and project management teams by attending regular site meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a diploma or degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. You must also be able to manage priorities and deadlines simultaneously and possess proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
