Job Title: Senior Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our team at Clear Concepts. As a Senior Support Analyst, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person to provide technical support and resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients
  • Document solutions to technical problems and maintain our internal knowledgebase
  • Provide training and assistance to junior team members
  • Assist with the management of recurring support tasks and projects
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a technology environment or similar role
  • Recent Microsoft Associate certification (AZ-104, MS-500, MS-700 etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good advising, training, and consulting skills
  • Attention to detail
