Key Responsibilities- Provide senior-level technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex networking, infrastructure, and server issues.
- Diagnose and analyze existing systems and procedures, making proactive recommendations for improvements and best practices.
- Assist with escalations that stretch beyond the scope of support, serving as a trainer, mentor, and leader to the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through trust, expertise, and excellent service.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team, taking on additional responsibilities and mentoring junior team members.
- Minimum five years of relevant IT experience, with a strong background in supporting and building SMB environments.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Firewalls, Managed Switches, VPNs, and WiFi, as well as Exchange Server, Hyper-V, and VMware Infrastructure.
- Desirable certifications include MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or VCP.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, time management, and project management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
