Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KUMON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
