Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ISIGMA SOLUTIONS INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compiling data, statistics and other information. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Additionally, you will perform data entry and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, accurate, and reliable.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain attention to detail. You will also need to be proficient in MS Outlook and MS Office, and have excellent time management and adaptability skills.
