The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
