Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Cell Tech Electronics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and objectives
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing reports and manuals
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
Salary Range:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum depending on experience.
