Your duties will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

In addition, you will be responsible for performing data entry, training staff, overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations, and overseeing payroll administration. You will also be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

As an Office Administrator, you will work under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. You will have a strong understanding of MS Office and be able to work with a team of 3-4 people. You will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
