Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Credit Risk and Adjudication team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing workflows, coaching and training team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality credit risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of analysts who perform risk assessment analysis using risk rating tools to determine the appropriateness of borrower IG codes and LGD.
  • Monitor ODAR, CreditLens Refresh Report, exception reports, industry and connection exposures.
  • Timely completion of internal and regulatory reporting requirements in accordance with Bank policy and procedures.
  • Champion efficiency and streamlining initiatives that impact CCRA and external processes.
  • Champion a risk culture with a bold change mindset, building trust and putting the client first.
  • Communicate credit authorizations accurately.
  • Thorough checking and reviews of incoming tasks, maintaining up-to-date SDR in accordance with bank policy and procedures.
  • Build strong working relationships with Credit units, Banking Units, Credit Process, Design & Training, Credit Risk Administration, and other Global Risk Management units.
  • Immediate response to credit inquiries and provide reasonable solutions to credit-related issues.
Requirements
  • Strong background in finance and project management.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of industry fundamentals and financial products.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships within the unit and across GRM-Corporate Credit units.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to perform multiple priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills, including data analytics and Microsoft Office.
  • Pro-active in looking for ways to improve efficiencies within GRM-CCRA unit and with partners.
  • Ability to train, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Leading training sessions for CCRA team members to enhance credit knowledge.
  • Manage industry annual reviews, data collection, and log management.
  • Active participation in C360 Change Committee and CreditLens Governance Committee.
  • Compliance with audit requirements and CCRA Job Aid.
  • Work closely with Fulfillment Manager to ensure timely review and action of incoming and outgoing work.
  • Continuous improvement in processes by leading team initiatives to address inefficiencies in CCRA procedures.
  • Pro-active support to GRM Corporate Credit adjudication teams with other duties as required.
