At Dillon Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Argentia, NL, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate construction administration services, serving as the main point of contact for contractors and consultants.
  • Attend job meetings, ensure completion of progress payments, and maintain thorough records.
  • Ensure required testing activities are performed and results meet contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate construction documentation and ensure distribution to internal review teams.
  • Travel to project locations as required for on-site meetings and ensure constant communication with applicable parties.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand contract drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills using standard project management methods.
  • Capability and willingness to travel in all weather conditions and outside regular business hours.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard contracts and specifications, Health and Safety, quality, and Environmental standards.

Experience

  • Experience managing construction projects.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Consideration will be given to applicants with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
