Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Special Touch Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Plan and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
    • Organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
    • Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Direct the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including grounds maintenance and equipment repair
    • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate work records and logs
    • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
