Landscape Supervisor Role at Special Touch Landscaping

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing various landscaping projects and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

  • Qualifications: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 landscaping professionals.
  • Coordinate grounds maintenance and oversee construction initiatives.
  • Plan and organize events, programs, and activities related to landscaping.
  • Interpret blueprints, estimate necessary materials and labor, and maintain accurate work records.
  • Provide expert advice and resolve any work-related issues to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and operational.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the beautification of outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team.
