We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at CLASSIC TIME. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
- Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
- Monitor and evaluate office operations and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
- Fluency in English and ability to work 30 hours per week.
