Who We Are Looking For

Currently, Enhesa seeks a Jr. Software Support Engineer based out of our Toronto Office. This role involves providing Level 2 customer support for our SaaS offerings, engaging with customers, customer experience teams, software engineers, and product management teams.

You will be responsible for resolving support issues, creating a positive experience for all Enhesa's customers, and interacting with clients and stakeholders regularly. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong technical background, and comfort dealing with customers and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level technical support to end users in identifying and resolving production issues.
  • Triage customer issues, including reproducing the issue, analyzing application logs, and determining probable cause.
  • Coordinate efforts among internal teams to ensure issue resolution and provide ongoing communication across teams.
  • Understand and document data flows and various code functions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues.
  • Responsible for application testing due to both data and/or application changes.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately for permanent resolution.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally with a focus on computer science or related field of study).
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of Internet/cloud-based solutions/APIs, such as XML/XSD/XSLT, JSON, RESTful API, Open API, Swagger, OAuth Security.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and skills.
  • Knowledge of an ORM like Entity Framework.
  • Proficiency in .NET C# (.NET framework work & .NET Core).
  • Unit and integration test.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or other IT ticketing and documentation software.
  • Clear and effective communicator that can organize and present technical information.
  • An independent worker who is comfortable multi-tasking.
  • A customer-service-minded individual who prioritizes customer experience.
  • A quick learner and adaptable to changes.
