About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including production, supply planning, procurement, and logistics teams, to ensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production use.
  • Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems, defining and maintaining boundaries and parameters, and managing inventory for raw materials, packing materials, and finished products.
  • Adopt Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) ways of working and standard work processes, and own one or more pillar systems/processes at the site/area level.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, and/or forecasting.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Education/Certifications

Techinal College Degree (preferred)
