Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies, preparing and submitting reports, and advising vehicle operators on traffic and other problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate the traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery
    • Prepare and submit reports on supply chain activities
  • Logistics Support
    • Advise vehicle operators on traffic and other problems
    • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
    • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews
  • Supervision
    • Supervise transportation route and crew schedulers
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment
    • Use database software to track supply chain activities
    • Use spreadsheet software to analyze supply chain data
  • Service Experience
    • Experience in trucking and logistics
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Education and Experience
