Job Title: Supply Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Control Coordinator to join our team at Positive Fulfillment Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Supply Control Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and track orders and instructions received from customers
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish work efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of work orders and inventory levels
  • Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on supply chain activities and inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and supplies
  • Perform general office duties and provide customer service as needed
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
