About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Positive Fulfillment Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless execution of work orders, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Task Coordination: Prioritize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records and logs, and perform general office duties.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
