An effective Logistics Coordinator possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of supply chain management principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent record-keeping capabilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The primary objective is to guarantee the seamless operation of various channels, aiming for optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate supply chain activities
  • Ensure that facilities, resources, and communication methods are utilized effectively
  • Leverage logistics technology to enhance operational procedures
  • Recruit and manage logistics personnel (e.g., drivers) based on availability and operational needs
  • Supervise order processing and manage inventory of raw materials and equipment to meet operational demands
  • Engage with suppliers, retailers, and customers to secure profitable agreements and ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and monitor the shipment of final products in accordance with customer specifications
  • Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory, processed orders, and other relevant data
  • Generate accurate reports for senior management
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a logistics coordinator
  • Background in customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and ISO standards
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Proficient in logistics software (ERP) and computer applications
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
