Geotechnical Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Technical Director to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing geotechnical projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage geotechnical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that geotechnical expertise is integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our geotechnical services remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in geotechnical engineering, with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
