We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Technical Director to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing geotechnical projects, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage geotechnical projects from conceptualization to completion
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
- Proven track record of leading and managing geotechnical projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
