Geotechnical Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Technical Director to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing geotechnical projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage geotechnical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement geotechnical strategies and solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure geotechnical expertise is integrated into project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex geotechnical data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications and licenses relevant to geotechnical engineering.
