Geotechnical Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Technical Director to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing geotechnical projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage geotechnical projects from conceptual design to completion
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on geotechnical aspects of projects
- Develop and implement geotechnical design and construction methods
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that geotechnical aspects are integrated into project designs
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in design and construction
- Proven track record of delivering complex geotechnical projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines
