Geotechnical Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Technical Director to join our team at Stantec. As a key member of our geotechnical team, you will be responsible for leading and managing geotechnical projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage geotechnical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement geotechnical strategies and solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure geotechnical expertise is integrated into project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in geotechnical engineering.
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in geotechnical engineering software and tools.
