Employee Relations Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to provide consulting and support on complex employee matters, including performance, terminations, accommodations, and workplace investigations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead investigations and provide Employee Relations consultation to employees and management.
- Engage with legal partners and the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Action) team on complex Employee Relations matters and mitigating risk to our people, business, and brand.
- Determine what requires investigation vs. consultation and what cross-functional partners need to be involved.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on Employee Relations, including 3+ years of experience leading complex Workplace Investigations. You will possess a post-secondary diploma, degree, or certificate in human resource management or equivalent work experience.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $81,500 - $107,000 CAD annually, plus eligibility for our annual bonus program. Our total rewards offering also includes extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, savings and retirement plan matching, and more.
