Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Systems Support Professional to join our team at L Squared Digital Signage.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Access Management: Ensure that all employees have access to computer networks and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks to identify areas for improvement.
  • User Support: Respond promptly to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, provide guidance, and offer training to enhance their skills.
  • Solution Implementation: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Incident Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions to aid other technical support analysts.
  • Application Redesign: Collaborate with the development team to redesign applications and software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the work of other technical support analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
  • Equipment Setup: Configure equipment for employee use, ensuring seamless integration into our digital signage ecosystem.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, system administration, and troubleshooting techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
