Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, including handling room reservations and cancellations.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Dependability and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with excellent oral communication skills.
Work Environment

The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with guests and colleagues.
