About the FP&A Team

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. As a key strategic partner, you will be able to add value immediately, see the big picture, and develop a business and finance skill set that you can leverage in your future roles within the organization.

A Day in the Life

">

Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for execution of financial planning and analysis activities. This includes leading the team through strategic planning, annual operating budget, and monthly reforecasts. Key responsibilities include identifying and investigating monthly and quarterly variances to budget and forecast, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and potential risks. Additionally, you will prepare reports and analysis at month and quarter end to communicate financial results to FP&A and business leadership.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision support.">
  • Support in complex revenue and/or margin analysis and KPI planning to identify performance trends and leverage to identify risk/opportunity to financial outlook.">
  • Perform complex scenario planning and impact to revenue and/or margin.">
  • Project manage SG&A reporting and dashboard enhancements.">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience. Retail industry experience is an asset. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar is required. CPA or MBA is an asset. Strong financial background, and expert knowledge of Excel is required. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality.

Salary and Benefits Package

Lululemon's compensation offerings recognize exceptional individual and team performance. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer extended health and dental benefits, mental health plans, savings and retirement plan matching, people networks, mentorship programs, and leadership series.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
