Our Team

We have a six-person team in our Vancouver office consisting of experienced Portfolio Managers, an Investment Associate, and two Investment Assistants. Together, they focus on conservative, long-term investing under a discretionary managed-account format, managing approximately $1 billion in assets.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a skilled Financial and Tax Planner who takes pride in helping clients navigate financial complexities while incorporating tax strategies. You will work collaboratively within a results-driven team to collect and analyze client information, prepare financial projections using leading software, and provide insight on clients' financial, tax, retirement, and estate planning goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information to Investment Advisors and clients on various tax, estate, and personal finance-related queries and strategies.
  • Report to the Vice President on practice management related to financial planning.
  • Interview clients to obtain necessary information for financial projections.
  • Review and interpret financial projections with clients and Investment Advisors.
  • Identify potential tax minimization and planning opportunities for clients.
  • Explain rules and concepts to clients and Investment Advisors regarding personal and private corporation/owner-manager income tax, registered and non-registered accounts, trusts, estates, pensions, and government benefits.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect flexible work options, a diverse and driven team, and a genuine care for one another's contributions.
