  2. Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making;

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial systems and processes;

  6. Develop and deliver financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders;

  7. Provide training and support to finance team members on financial systems and processes.



Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;

  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes, including budgeting and forecasting.

The University of British Columbia offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $73,837.50 - $107,440.08 CAD monthly, and a comprehensive benefits program. We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
