Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is well-staffed at all times.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
