Retail Store Manager

At 70 Mile General Store, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, shelf stockers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations and Administration: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
