Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 70 Mile General Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and display areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
