Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 70 Mile General Store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
