Retail Store Manager

At WESCO 150 MILE, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire and train staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments and manage store finances
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
