Retail Store Manager

At 70 Mile General Store, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
