Leasing Agent Opportunity

Pacific Cove Properties is seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team in Victoria. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for executing the lease-up of our premium developments, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive community experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing leasing program duties, including call campaigns, prospect tours, and tenancy agreement execution
  • Promoting marketing initiatives and incentives to prospective residents
  • Documenting prospect interactions in our database
  • Qualifying residents and matching them with suitable suites
  • Ensuring a strong resident experience from initial contact to move-in day
  • Meeting leasing targets and filling buildings with desirable residents

Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong computer skills and CRM experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales or leasing experience
