About the Job
As a Business Development Representative based in Saskatoon, you will develop strategies to increase sales growth in our existing customer database. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for prospecting and onboarding new accounts while maintaining relationships with key vendors.
Your Key Responsibilities

- You will provide exceptional customer service as the conduit between projects, the branch, and operational teams.
- You will serve as a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences.
- You will coach and mentor peers and colleagues while valuing teamwork to deliver excellent service.
Requirements
- You have 2-3 years of related sales experience.
- You possess proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships.
- You have a track record of achieving sales targets.
- You have excellent negotiation skills.

Ambition Pays Off
We estimate an annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000 for this position, depending on experience.
