Job Title: Junior Business Development Representative

This is a full-time sales position based at our Saskatoon location, reporting directly to the President/Owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or social media marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry or a related field is a plus.
