Sales and Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Representative at Federated Co-operatives Limited, you will foster strong relationships with local Co-ops and farm customers, representing our vision and brand as a holistic entity. Your customer-centric approach will lead to business interactions that drive growth and development.

About the Team:

You will work closely with General Managers, Operations Managers, Division Managers, Agro Managers, and Agronomists, reporting to the Senior Manager, Key Accounts. Our team cultivates a culture of collaboration, expertise, and results, working together to serve Western Canadians and deliver profits back to our communities.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in sales, including 3+ years in the agriculture industry, with a preference for Ag Equipment.
  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture or business, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
