About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Manager to join our team at Century Private School. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic professional to take on a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies that drive business growth and success.

Job Summary

The Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective promotional materials, managing contracts, and directing and evaluating staff and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs. They will also plan and direct advertising campaigns to promote sales of products and services, coordinate special publicity events, conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, initiate and maintain contact with the media, and prepare educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate, manage, and terminate contracts as needed to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to engage stakeholders, build brand awareness, and drive business results.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote sales of products and services.
  • Publicity Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz and interest in our products and services.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
  • Education Programs: Prepare and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to engage stakeholders and promote our products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
