Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hearing Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our audiology department, you will be responsible for administering evaluative tests, examining adult clients, and developing information materials for patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Administer evaluative tests using equipment and instruct patients on test procedures
- Examine adult clients to assess hearing loss and recommend type of hearing instrument
- Develop information materials for patients and follow through on treatment programs
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use
- Confer with other health professionals and process files and paperwork
- Take earmold impressions and fit and adjust hearing instruments
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include dental plan, healthcare plan, paramedical services coverage, and bonus opportunities.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site work in an urban area, working with a private practice specializing in hearing aid selection and orientation.
