At NATIONAL DRY COMPANY LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Efficiency Manager to lead our team in achieving excellence in production and quality. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving productivity, product quality, and employee development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing production reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality;
  • Schedule and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth workflow;
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively;
  • Manage employee performance, provide feedback, and recommend personnel actions as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
  • A strong understanding of quality control principles and practices;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
