Job Title: Trade and Process Management Expert



This role is responsible for supporting multiple products and projects across the organization, collaborating with key stakeholders to establish and improve operational processes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trade management, fund accounting, and corporate actions, as well as experience with business systems such as Bloomberg and OMGEO CTM.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support daily trade management, including trade confirmation, settlements, and positions review.
  • Liaise with brokers, custodians, and internal business units to resolve trade-related issues.
  • Collaborate with regional and country investment operations teams to develop and maintain enhanced procedures and controls.
  • Provide training and support to investment operations staff to build expertise and enhance capabilities.
  • Participate in investment operations projects, working closely with other offices and teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 6+ years' experience in investment operations.
  • Experience and knowledge of middle office/investment operations policies and procedures, including cash management, trade management, and fund operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems such as Bloomberg and OMGEO CTM.
